1. How do I place an order?

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on selected products and locations. COD availability will be shown at checkout.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

10. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
